Feuer Frei!

I've just released 6 beautiful new 'painted' (not by me) SH3 Intro load screens.
There are 6 all up, all in 1024x1024 resolution.
If, like me, you love painted shots of WW2 moments, then you will enjoy these!

The first two have been done before, and are in my old 'Loading Screens' mod, which has 100 different screens and 25 dockside band marches.
The other four I haven't seen before. Good find!

Do any of you good people know if there's a way to have these 6 screens appear randomly when you load the game?:salute:

First get SH3 Commander.

Second, get my Loading Screens mod.

Third, look through the files and find six screens you don't like, and replace them with the six screens in Feuer Frei!'s mod.
If that's too many different screens, then get rid of all but the first six folders and replace those with Feuer Frei!'s.

Steve, it's probably me being a bit thick, but I can't find the read-me in your mod listed above? A pointer in the right dirction would be appreciated.:yeah:

Yes you're thick. You didn't notice that I forgot to include the readme, and it's your fault I never included it later. :O: :damn: :dead:
Seriously I do apologize. The file is so big that it takes jumping through hoops to take it out of Subsim Downloads and reinstall it, so that's unlikely to ever happen. Thanks to your question, though, I am going to write it into the description in the Download page so nobody will have to ask again.
As to installing it: In the SH3 Commander folder you'll see a folder titled 'Random'. Simply replace that with the 'Random' folder from the mod. You can use JSGME, but you need a separate JSGME setup pointed at Commander. It's easier to just manually put it in there.

It can't be my fault, because I blame Bernard!:smug:

Back? He never went away! He was just temporarily assigned to Doenitz's kitchen on potato peeling duty, from where he was recently dscharged after being caught doing distateful things to the Admirals' favourite teapot!:o
