The mark of an intelligent mind is to be able to rationally and reasonably evaluate conflicting sides of a question. One of the best ways to do that is to walk through the arguments of the side you oppose.
A truly great point. I wish I'd said it.

Bubs needs to do a little thought experiment. He needs to argue against his own positions. The mark of an intelligent mind is to be able to rationally and reasonably evaluate conflicting sides of a question. One of the best ways to do that is to walk through the arguments of the side you oppose.
.
True true.
But what happens when you find out yours and thier side is filled with idiots :hmmm:

Affordable health care act: adopted by Congress, ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court, ratified by a majority of American voters in 2012. Not a presidential act at all.
Presidential power to oversee the adminitration of justice. Used by every president since Washington. Constitutional.
Used by Lincoln, Wilson, FDR, Bush. Presidential power in time of war. Constitutional.
Presidential power to protect the USA from national security threat. I think there should be more oversight on this one, but Constitutional.
Are you retarded? American voters did not ratify obamacare? lol it is a law passed in a shady manner by congress, signed by the president, it was crafted at his direction.SCOTUS got it wrong, it's why Robert's switching was such a shock, it went against his usual view on things for the most part. They Supreme Court ruled that the government could not mandate healthcare insurance under the commerce clause because they can not lol. You can not tax someone for not engaging in commerce.Anyone who tells you different is being intellectually dishonest or they are ignorant.Robert's chose to be intellectually dishonest for political reasons by ruling that congress has the power to tax and that the mandate is a tax, even though the lawyer arguing the government's case could not decided if it was a tax or not LOL. Their argument's were terrible.Robert's changed his mind for reasons other than the constitution.Probably is a closet homosexual as reported and was blackmailed, he drank the kool aid, OR was worried about his legacy, reasons that should not matter but they did here. That is the most aggravating part, obama knows this was unconstitutional, they all did but he wanted to see if could get it through and sadly, he did.
The President under the constitution does not have the authority to indefinitely detain a US citizen nor toto summarily execute one.Just because scumbags like Lincoln(the worst of them all, almost as bad as obama) and FDR or even Bush, does not mean it is constitutional.US citizens are entitled to a speedy trial, to confront their accusers, and not be detained without trial. Sorry, but you are just a storehouse of ****ing ignorance to say that.People like you, who blindly trust any leader that way, just disgusting.Wake up, stop being a sheep.

Are you retarded? American voters did not ratify obamacare? lol it is a law passed in a shady manner by congress, signed by the president, it was crafted at his direction. None of which are wrong. It was a law passed in a shady way by Congress? IT WAS PASSED BY CONGRESS. That's all that needs to be done! Congress can't pass something in a shady way or a legitimate way or a non-offensive way. Congress just passes things or it doesn't. That's the way it works.
SCOTUS got it wrong, it's why Robert's switching was such a shock, it went against his usual view on things for the most part. Just because you disagree with the check on the Congress' power doesn't make it incorrect. It was the check on their power and it passed the test.
When the evidence starts mounting against you and you start bitching about the legislative, the judicial AND the executive branch all being wrong for performing their Constitutionally mandated roles, then you need to start looking inwards at yourself.
YOU wake up. Argue their point of view. Do it, Mr. Legal Eagle. Argue the point of view that drone strikes and military tribunals are legal. Argue the point! ARGUE IT, WANNA-BE COUNSELOR!
If you can't, you're a hack and a fraud and you should just go apply at McDonalds now, because you're going to end up there sooner or later.

Don't worry. He got a red infraction, you just got a yellow one.

A yellow card is a warning and a red card means that you have earned an infraction and may possibly get time in the brig for another infraction.

You didn't get an infraction; you got a warning. If you look at his post, you can see that Bubblehead got an infraction. The difference is that an infraction carries a point value that counts toward account suspension, while a warning does not.

Again, you recieved a warning, not an infraction. Big difference.

That would be simple enough to verify, seeing that he likes to bring it up. See when was the first time he mentioned it, find out what the average time for graduation is and start counting.
If the results do not match, then either he isn't in school or he is not a very active student. Not much difference, really. With the latter it would be the same as me calling myself a guidedog trainer just because I happen to work at the school's kennel on semi-regular basis.
