Camera View

Is there a mod that will let you get a close-up view from out side the Boat, like in sh4. The camera view now will not let you see close-up of the turm art. I am working on my own art work, and would like to see it up close

The free cam view (F12) is all I know of. It lets you get close and you can pause it for a better look, or to take a picture.
