Vlad, what does this do for the Nvidia graphics cards? Is it a mod, or to be run on it's own?

I've actually had no problems... I'm still running my old and faithful 8800GT 1Mb card by Zotac.

Hey GT182! If I'm not mistaken it fixes grafic problems (incoorect view) of interior lamps halo, that NVIDIA users could experience. I personally use Naights interior mod:-?. You can install this fix and see what is the difference :salute:
