Windows 7 lag issue

Hello, i have a problem with Dangerous Waters.
I tried a demo of this game and the problem is that the game runs slowly.
The problem seems the 3D. The "lag" is higher when the 3D model of vehicles. I have Windows 7 64 bit and i tried the compatibility mode (Windows Xp SP2) with "Disable visual theme" and "Disable composition of Desktop". Is it a problem of the demo (the patched game has not the issue) or is a problem of my configuration?

I seriously doubt that it's your system specs.

But go ahead and post them and let's have a look.

You want to go into Task Manager and under Applications, right click on DW, and select Go To Process. Right click on the DW process and select "Set Affinity" and select one core to run the game on. DW does not work well with mulitple core processors.

Nothing. The problem is the same :S. The game work better but always slow. This method add frequently "black flash", also. The main menu work normally, the stations too (Sonar, Weapon ecc), but the major problems seems are the Map, the external view and the orders menu.

My system specifics are attached. Thanks for the help!

Those system specs look to be pretty good. You have an Intel Chipset though. That's what I run mine on.

Yes, it's an Acer 6930G.

I discovered that the complete game with the path 1.04 run perfectly. It's a problem of the demo version and unpatched game only. Thanks for the help!
