Rapt0r's interface

I downloaded Rapt0r's excellent interface. However, the icons bar at the bottom of the screen disappears when the mouse cursor is taken off it.
Would anyone know what part of the menu script deals with this issue as I would like to change it so the icon and message display are always showing
