Hello fokes,

I have got a problem with the mods that are not working.
I can enable them through JGSME but nothing will happen in the game itself.

I've got everything installed on a second harddrive because i don't want to get my SSD to full.

This how i got my game set:
E/programfiles/ubisoft

and JGSME
E/programfiles/ubisoft/JGSME

in the map JGSME are some submaps:
data
MODS
Zips (here i will keep the zips from the mods)
Jonesoft
JGSME
JGSME config.
JGSME Help

I don't know what i am doing from. On my old computer i had it running with mods.

The specs:
Everything is on highest settings.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Intel I7-3700k
MSI N660TI PO OC
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
16 GB Ram.
SSD 120 GB
HDD 1000 GB

If you need to know something else. Let me know.

It's a map made by myself. Just for the administration on my computer.
I can call it Games or help for example too. So i don't think that's a problem ?

Stupid question, but have you patched SH5 to v1.2?

your JSGME is in the wrong location.

jsgme.exe should be in your root folder, with sh5.exe
MODS folder should be on the same level as data folder in the SH5.

From what you have shown, it seems that you have an extra folder, called JSGME, which contains the MODS folder. As a result no mods are actually activated on the SH5 game, they are just copied to data folder INSIDE the JSGME folder.

SH5 should not be in Program Files. If you Explore your E drive, when you open it, the Ubisoft folder should be on the first screen outside of Program Files. Same as if you had it on your C drive. It the standard install of SH5.

JSGME should be in the Silent Hunter 5 folder along with a MODS folder.

that actually doesn't matter as much. The only problem with having installation folder in your Program Files is a possibility that you wont have full access to the files, which generally happens on Windows Vista/7 (don't know anything about 8).

Okay, i will try to remove the submap JGSME and put in just with the sh5.exe

The map program files have i made myself so i don't think windows 7 will make a problem of that. I will update this soon.

Oké the TDW UI is now working in SH4 Style. So i think all the other mods are working too. If i have any questions i will ask them if it is possible.
