[Req] No boats reflexions through fog

Hi all fantastic modders!

Was wondering if a talented modder around here, could make a mod to get rid of boats shadows/reflexions (and wake) that we can see by foggy weather.

It's kind of annoying and not realistic to detect firstly the reflexion and wake before the boat!

Would be great if updated with all boats in OHII full :D

Hi Fifi, why don't you try doing it yourself.

I have already told you what/where to look for and with the assistance I am sure will get from modders around here, tweking those reflections shouldn't be too an hard work.

Personally I wouldn't like ships not to cast any reflection at all, but if you found a way to reduce or remove far reflections, I would happily use your mod, and I would provide myself all the help I can. ;)

I wish i could be like you all modders, playing with all the files and any application :haha:
But my understanding is quite limited, and all i can do pretty easily is to enable/desable mods in JSGME :rotfl2:

I had a look on the GR2 editor you told me, but i understand very very little...

When I started modding this game, not long ago, I knew nothing just like you. Once you start, the learning curve is quite fast: the more you learn, the easier learning new stuff :yep:
