Which mod provides detailed patrol log ?

Once, I saw a patrol log just the one you get when you press "K", but it was a bit different like a real one, “We saw a ship but thinking we never catch it we let it go... Today an order from Bdu received ..." something like that, so anyone knows which mod does that?

Most likely SH3 Commander v3.2 with the patrol log editor.

There is no mod that does that for you. As HW3 said, it was probably done by the player himself using SH3 Commander.
