Hi again after 2years!
Although I have the game since March 10, it is now that I have time to play! So I would appreciate if you could recommend me some critical mods to fix my game. Basically I am looking for something like SH3's GWX Asisted Plotting Mod and MAGUI Periscope. I have also heard that there is a crew handling rework. Anyway, I would appreciate any help!

I didn't know that mod. For what I've understood of it, real navigation (a submod of TDW's NewUIs with TDC (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1332669#post1332669), it only works in conjunction with its main mod), and a good combination of in-game realism settings and TDW's add-om mods (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1663860#post1663860), are the closer you can get to it in SH5.
and MAGUI Periscope.
CSP Magui Interface for SH5 (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1619743&postcount=1): a visually enjoyable and overally excellent UI mod. The only downside is that it lacks some of the advanced features of TDW's UI and it is not (yet) compatible with real navigation
I have also heard that there is a crew handling rework. Anyway, I would appreciate any help!
There are several of them. They are all sort of experimental and still WIP:

MEGA-mod for CREW MEMBERS (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1933274#post1933274) by silentmichal: the most recent of them and still actively updated, it includedes Paris_England's mod
