Dear members,

As like many others, I have more than one account on Ubisoft.com, and those I have the username and password for, but I wasnt aware that I have more than one account on Uplay as well.

The problem is that I have had a HD-crash 1,5 months ago which resulted in a new install of the game. When I'm about to start SH5 from desktop, I end up in the Uplay log-in screen.
I log in on the Uplay account with what I think is the correct e-mail address and password, and then it directs me to "New game activation". I type in my CD-key, but it keeps on saying that the CD-key is already in use.

Isnt there any other way to start up my original game, without going via Uplay ??

PS! I'm NOT after ways to bypass or crack the UBI's DRM !!!!!

Warmest Regards,
Marinenachrichtendienst

Yes - as sober says, name and password only.
Then exit - do not put in your cd key if you have reg the game already as you will get the "in use" warning.

So then restart uplay and check if you name is there.
Next set to off line within the options section and.....

Sink em all:arrgh!:

I've already tried writing the username, instead of the e-mail, but it still won't work. I suspect that I have more than 2 Uplay accounts, like I wrote in my first post.

Seems that I've have to wait for Ubisoft support to reply. Last time it took 4 weeks till the case was solved.

Well, well, thanks for your help guys. :salute:
