OK have been away for an awful long time - RL and other games and disappointment with SH5 - when I was last on-board there were a number of excellent environmental mods and some mods to add more crew - these were great though at the time I didnt get them to work or they were not finished

I MUST ADMIT I GOT TIRED OF THE GAME AND WAITING FOR A MOD TO FIX IT - THERE NEVER SEEMED TO BE A MOD THAT FIXED THE POOR SPECIAL EFFECTS OR LACK OF REALISM IN THE ALLIES RESPONSE TO YOUR ATTACK

ANY WAY THE QUESTION IS THIS - HAS THERE BEEN ANY PROGRESS - IS THE GAME PLAY REALISTIC, ARE THE ENVIRONMENTAL MODS SETTLED -

iS THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE BACK IN THE GAME LIKEWISE A DYNAMIC CAREER

i DO NOT WISH TO OFFEND ANY ONE OR TAKE SIDES, THIS IS AN HONEST QUESTION - BASICALLY HAS THE GAME BEEN FIXED - ARE THERE ANY MEGAMODS WORTHY OF CONSIDERATION - WHAT IS THE LATEST ON THE sh ONLINE FIASCO - ARE THEY STILL PERSISTING WITH IT

Im maybe not the one to answer this as I just got back my self to the forum and I have only played SH5 in the franchise and maybe 1h of SH4.

I think if you kept playing and follow along since the mods started to appear you now have a freaking awesome game with all your mods installed that you would have added from the start of mods until now.

I have 50 active mods as of this moment and are happy with the game but Im sure there is much to fix. As I just started to play again om not sure all of the stuff works in my mod soup but I am happy with it even if there's a bit of old versions in there.

WHAT IS THE LATEST ON THE sh ONLINE FIASCO - ARE THEY STILL PERSISTING WITH IT

Good news on this front. At long last you can play offline! No more DRM anchor to scuttle your game every time the Ubi server is unavailable. (Which was far too frequent)!!

I'll let fellow members respond to your other questions, as I've got important ships to sink! :arrgh!:
