Install order as per my previous posting with this fix mod after FM Interiors, Open Hatch Conning Tower FM Food and CCom mods.
Basically it re-adds my CR.DAT file as included with my Super Turms v6 mod, the one that adds, urfisch's damage/water drops etc. but with one key difference. The internal camera clip selector values have been changed to match those of the CCom mod.
This version also includes Damo's lighting effects. If you don't want these I can re-release my "normal" (non Damo's) version as included in the base Super Turms v6 mod tommorow as an alternative fix mod but try this first, I love his lighting effects.

For those with an interest (and S3ditor) and if I understand correctly, if you open up the CR.DAT file and select the "Interior root - COMMAND ROOM" node. Have a look at the Interior Camera Clip Sector settings on the right. The model is orientated with X axis left/right (port/starboard), Z axis front/back (fore/aft), Y axis up/down. So increasing both the Z min and Z max values will allow the camera to travel further forward and backwards, increasing the Y min and Y max values will allow the camera to look further up/down or rather it increases the "bounds/limits" to which the camera view extends before being out of sector. So, for the torp. room mod both Z min and Z max must be increased in the fix (note for min values the minus number must be increased) and, in order for the camera to "see" further up into the conning tower for the open hatch mod the Y max must be increased in the fix mod. Leave the X values alone unless you want to set the left/right bounds outside of the boat.

SECOND EDIT: I tried the mod and I have the full displacement in the boat, but the out-of-sectors issue in the conning tower. I´m doing some bad thing?

Which version of CT.DAT file are you using, the one in the Damo's lighting add-on?. I presume that you have installed the fix after all these mods?.

PS. I cannot test as I'm at work but hopefuly this will solve the issue.
@anvar: min Y= -0.2928803 max Y= 0.2228278 min Z=-2.6 max Z=2.5 and do not adjust X axis values, these are the same vlaues as in my screenshot, these are the ones that work for me.
Good heavens, I just noticed that v2.1 has had 60 downloads on Mediafire already, must be a popular fix then!! :)

Edit, if you have s3ditor you could follow my brief tutorial and open up the CR.DAT and experiment with "slightly" changing the Y values to your taste but I'd also be intersted to see what mods combo you are running because this definitely works with my installed mods list.

If you get a chance please post a screengrab of the files in your ...\data\Interior\NSS_Uboat7c folder, with all of your chosen mods activated, I'm particularly interested in file names and file dates. I'll compare with mine later and see if I can spot any differences between files.

Here's my NSS_Uboat7 folder (all 155 MB of it)
Install last using JSGME, if it fixes the problem then look for any files contained in the fix that differ from your equivalent files in terms of size/date and just use these files after de-activating the mod and removing any files that are the same as yours from the mod and then re-activate the mod.

Excellent, it was a very heavy-handed approach but sometimes it is easier that way. If you can please compare the files in the mod with the one's you had before installing it and try and eliminate any identical files by date/size. This should just leave the files that need to be in the "fix".

Okay, thanks for the feedback chaps, I think that any fix needs BOTH the RR.cam file and the edited ct.dat file, that's why it was such a pain to find the right combination. I'll test this and release a final fix mod to sort things out once and for good.

I noticed when playing about with the torp room mod, (when fully installed with both RR and CT files) and no other mod loaded after it to overwrite anything. There is a bench in the control room rather then the little tractor seats. I think it look great. Is there a way to get this back with a patch?:hmm2:
Not with a patch but with a mod :), I need to have a look but one would need to mod the CR.DAT model to inclusde the seat from the CR.DAT that comes with the CCom mod I think.

aces, using these values, I am able to get into the conning tower without an out of sectors error, the y values were increased from your initial values
min x -0.3635507 min y -0.3 min z -2.6
max x 0.307999 max y 0.35 max z 2.5
Thanks for the info mate, that's very interesting, maybe you don't need the newer RR.CAM file as well and only editing the CR.DAT with your values will suffice. I'll test it out.

ya its just the CR.dat file from your version 2.1, i didnt know about the RR.dat file, so i guess im using the one from FM interiors
The one from FM interiors is blank 0kb, it won't open in S3ditor either, I used the one from a stock GWX install instead and some folks said that this file along with my CR.DAT (with the params I posted) did the trick but I think that maybe just the new params you posted would do nicely on their own, I'll copy back the RR.CAM from interiors mod and test tomorrow with your CR.DAT params.
