LSH3 v5.1 help needed

I have managed to install SH3 V5.1 all fine but am totally lost when arrining at the section 4GB PATCH Installation. I have no idea where or how to do this. I have Windows 7. Please would someone please help with ref to this. If so in plain speak please. Thanks Rod

Ciao Tinyb, questa sezione del forum è dedicata a Silent Hunter 5. Se il tuo problema, come mi pare di capire, è invece relativo a Silent Hunter III, prova a postare la tua domanda nella relativa sezione. ;)
