need help with mods

good day gentlemen I bought a new computer that could handle SH 5 I love the game and have been having trouble downloading mods I have 7 zip and tried to download some mods I am having trouble with that I love the look of some of the mods and fixes but cant seem to get them to download anywhere could use a idiots guide lol thanks for listening happy thanksgiving
