Battery recharge problem

I tied out the XXI in NYGM. I am using hsie V16B1 and of course Stiebler's add on for it. The batteries never recharge to 100% even when recharging on the surface. Is there a fix for this that will work with Stiebler, hsie, and NYGM? I was thinking of trying VonHelsching's fix but I am not sure it will work.

Try the fix. If it dosn't, just turn off battery recharge mode manually. Click the left-most officer on the bottom bar, go to the propeller tab, and click standard propulsion.
