Hi shipmates, i'm doing b it of research for my hugely modded SH3.

As everyone is aware there are masses of mods out there for SH3 thanks to those massively talented modders out there who spend time and energy constantly improving the game.

I have gigs and gigs of mods and although i have been playing SH3 for about 6 years im still testing out new mods.

What I would like to know from you guys is your opinions on the best mods in comparison to what im running with my SH3.

This is what im currently running in my "mod soup"

MEP3 Enviromental Mod
Raptors Uniforms (various)
GWX Merged Campaign
GWX Open Hatch
GWX VIIC41 Player Sub
GWX Enhanced Damage Effects
Lifeboats & Debris V4
Radio Deutschland
Background Music Removal
Thomsens Ships V3.1
Remove Searchlights from Merchants
Thomsens Dials
Thomsens Sound Pack 3.2
Atlantic Workhorse Skin
Ambient Deck Crew Noise on Bridge
GWX Deflag and Pens
Aces Crew on Deck GWX Standalone Version

I did try running FM Interior but had various issues with CTD's etc, but this is down to my own lack of knowledge of heavily modding my SH3 game.

Im just looking to see if there's anything else out there that someone is running which they would say is a "must have" for the game.

I've no idea what is in that mod but I can assure you it will work well in GWX.

+1... but you'll grow to hate the little buggers!

St Naz + Schleuse (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=164252) is also a great addition.

If you have the rig to run it. I'd highly recommend IABL's Merchant Fleet Mod. :salute:

If you've 4GB you may only need the patch.

applied the patch and the merchant ship mod, sailed on patrol, waiting to come across the new ships, will report back :salute:

i've installed the merchant fleet mod aswell as thomsens ships and all seems to be working well, came across a convoy sw of Ireland and spotted alot of new ships, a great mod thanks for pointing me in the right direction, im very gratefull.

Congrats and enjoy mate, glad you have it sorted. You actually got me thinking now :hmmm: I've never tried Thomsens ships alongside MFM........ Things to do... Things to do :up:

Ive been running these ship mods side by side for a few days now and not had any probs at all, its great to see such a mixture of targets in a convoy.
