Mediterranean only campaign?

Is there any mod allowing to load only the units in the Mediterranean for a campaign in GWX? Loading times of my poor machine are eternal...

Has anyone really tested that?

(in fact I was noticing that the Med environment is lacking accuracy and historical operations, and I was thinking to work on both the rnd and the scr layers of the campaign to improve that -- but i won't do a job that has already been done.
