and i have been jumbing about on subsim's forum. to check how to add mods on my steam SH5

1. thing i can't find a link for Generic mod enabler there is working?
hopeforly one of you can help me :)

2. where do i install the mods on my steam??

3. and which mod are best for a begninger like me? :)
