Well, i don't have a very good history with jsgme, and I want to know how to use TDW's new patch. Any ideas?

P.S. no of fence meant to the creator of jsgme. If it works for the majority of people, it must be good.

I agree with you, I've tried to install like the video tutorial and no doubt I've made a mistake!!!I'm noob in installing mods!!If there is a way to install this patcher more easily (perhaps?) for a poor french who have a bad english!!!!

Oops, you dont actually need jsgme to install, sorry for wasting everyones time.

I could be wrong but just put the folder TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_70_0
into your main SH5 game folder . Click on the folder and then click on the patch and start enabling it .

When you extract the patcher you can place it anywhere. I created a folder called \Games\GenericPatcher and place everything that is extracted into this folder.

To run the patcher double click the GenericPatcher.exe file. Select File-->Open and pick the patch file wanted.

hello tdw, I've put the generic patcher in sh5 folder and when Iclick on sh5 patches, I have this message

What version of the game do you have? Steam, DVD, download? If DVD version try using new, unmodified stock files.
