You chose the setting that lets us make more than one choice. We can even vote for all of them.
They all look good, and they all look real for different places and lighting conditions. I voted for #6.

I like the ambiance of #7 myself. It can work for well for all weather conditions, since the game doesn't allow for more than one set of color options.

Hi Steve,
Yes i know i choose multiple choice just to see if people tend toward 2 specific colors.
But like the thread say it was to give you a headache!:k_rofl:
Thank for voting

Hi mate,
Yep unfortunately we are stuck with very few options regarding ocean color so let's choose one that would fit all.

Hi Jim,
Thank for voting i just hope people are not influence by the cods in choice number#1 because it is the only picture with fish in it.

I voted for one but nothing to do with the fish - the example photos are great but I doubt any of them were taken in the North Sea or the Atlantic, number one was the least bright blue/green and more how I think those waters are.
The fish are cool though.

Hi mate,
You will be surprised most of these pic are from the north Atlantic and the greenish one from the English channel.
In certain area you can go from deep greenish coloration and merge into a deep blue sea simply because of the plankton type and concentration.

Hi Hans,
My vote was for #5. Anyway, all them are very good...humm... that fishes...very good!
Perhaps we also could have some of these in a "random" way using Sh3 commander. :yep:

@ Hans: Or can we have the "Loosers" of the poll later in HAHD as Add-Onīs? :hmmm:

Hi mate,
Thank for voting and yes i like the idea of using Sh3 commander to do some random stuff but i have to be honest i never use sh3 commander and i am clueless about what is required to make our work compatible with it.
I heard about sh3 commander cfg file so i will need some expert advise regarding how it work and how to correctly use it in our mod.

Hi mate,
It would be easy to add them as optional add on's but i also think that i could do a small tutorial showing how to do it since it is very easy.
All the different choice contain the RGB values required , take note that choice #1 have an error in the red value, the correct value is 12 not 126 as shown in picture.

I like #4 'cause it reminds me the most of the ocean I know (off the NE coast of the US)
I love the Living mod!:yeah:

Remember that everyone will see these colours differently depending on how well their screen is calibrated. Also, the visibility under water seems high. Will this be adjustable as normal through SH3 Commander?
Finally, perhaps we can have a final round of voting for the top 3 of this vote, to decide the winner. :hmm2:
I think it's great that you're taking input from the community to make key decisions.

Hi mate,
Yes you are right about the visibility it will be tone down a bit.
Making a final round for the 3 best contender is also a good idea.
The community is very important for our team since they are the soul that animate our will to push the limit.
Best regards Hans
