SH3 Commander personnel file

Hello, I have problem with SH3 Commander. When I update personnel file a window pops up that file was updated and do I wish to open it or close window. When I click to open it nothing happens. I don't know about other methods of opening personnel file and I'm sure something is wrong, maybe something with file extensions or I don't have a program to open this file? Please help :(

This file is html so should open with whatever internet browser you are using (internet explorer or whatever else you have chosen instead).
Is it because your browser is already open and Commander has opened another tab that is hidden by whatever you already had open on your browser. Other than that I'm out of ideas, it always works for me with no problems

Wow, I changed default browser from Chrome to IE and then it worked, thanks :) I always thought this file is connected to something like acrobat reader :P

Oh, and now I came back to Chrome as default and I can still open file, brilliant!

Ok, so now when this is solved I have a question: Some time ago I saw here a mod, which let you write your own patrol notes while in-game. If you know what is this mod and could point me to thread with it, I would be glad because I don't remember who made it and how is it called :)

That is correct. It is included in the later updates of SH CMDR.
