is this normal?

all the ships are running away faster than i can ctach them. i have to travel on the surface at highest speed to try to catch them and usually don't. nearly every ship i come across does this. i have a bunch of mods installed and am trying to figure out if this is supposed to be this way. here is the list i have installed.

Im wondering if there is some settings that cause this. I also don't know if these are in a correct order or if there is some better ones to get. i like the real navigation. which i dont have on now because i'm just not good enough yet to use it. i am also not good at manal shooting. but am learning. well, thanks for any ideas or suggestions...

What do you mean not good enough for real navigation . Theres nothing to do except put the compass over the position that the navigator gives you every 2 hours and head in the direction you want to go . I am a complete idiot and i can do it :yep:

Have you tried playing a few patrols or quick missions without any mods?

When I see a sonar finding of a ship I drag the waypoint marker and change course to intercept the ship. Don't use TC at more than 32, and zoom in too on the Nav map.

I'm more than a complete idiot than Sober on navagation intercepts, but this does work 90% of the time for me. Becareful tho, the ship you intercept might not be one you want to mess with. ;)
