this mod is currently available here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1829853&postcount=62) as a patch for TDW's FX Updtes.
The link to the standalone version is no longer available. Anyway I think you can use the patch as a standalone mod with no side effects, if you don't want to use FX Updates.
