Hello Captains, hate to ask another question but...

I downloaded the BB Montana a good while ago and I editited the speeds well then I stopped playing SH4. Well I'm back into it now and it was going 125kts and every time I would add just a small amount of rudder she would roll.

So I went into the mods folder, opened the Montana and changed the max speed to 80, ( like I had at one time where I liked it! ) And changed the RPM to 100 the torque to 100 and the engine power to 100 all of that was in the SIM file.

But I also changed the maximum speed to 80 in the config but she will still do 125kts... So I'm stumped could use a little help figuring this one out, thanks in advance guys!

You must open the NBB_Montana, or USA_Montana.sim and edit the figures there.

That is where I editited the torque max speed rpm and such, in the SIM file

It should work, unless you changed the speed of the electric engines in which case it won`t change the surface speed of any vessel.

Where is the speed of the electric engines located? I may have and not remember.

open the sim and change the CG_Height (center of gravity) this should be able to stop the rolling with the right setting

I don't really wanna go editing stats that are default with her because she worked fine when I first tried it and worked fine the first time I had modified the speed, (100knts first time! )

what mods are you using? are any of them new?

No, before I stopped playing SH4 for a couple of months I edited some stats to crank it up really fast, well I've now cranked em all back down and it is still doing the same speed.
