I have been trying to find where the rudder cammands for the helm are. What I'm wondering about, is if there is a way to keep the helmsman from always going hard over to port or starboard. Especially when when speed is needed, and they go hard over and kill the speed of the sub, and make you a sitting duck for those Jap marksmen in their turrets.

What I would like to do, is keep them to a max of around 15 degrees rudder movement unless you move the needle for the rudder yourself to full either way, or any setting above that 15 degrees.

I would welcome a mod like this. I end up setting the rudder where I want and then trying to remember to straighten out on my desired heading. Of course when I'm trying to do three things at once I end up heading back at the escort I'm trying to avoid. Somehow, I don't get the Han Solo v startrooper effect where the escort gets scared and runs away.

Yeah, and the subs don't turn like the Millenium Falcon either.
