duel install with steam version

how do i make a duel install of the steam version for SHIII

Steam Tool (http://www.stefanjones.ca/steam/)

Allows you to move or copy Steam games to different locations and still have it linked within Steam.

Failing that, copy the Silent Hunter folder in Steamapps to a different location, run SH3.exe
