Question about OM

To play om do you need to be patched to version 1.2 of the game

I think you do, but honestly, OM seems to me rather outdated. You should perhaps choose your own mods and activate them following sober's advice in his thread. His list contains more recent mods and would probably suit you better. Just my opinion, of course.:)
