If it can be done, and if someone will tell me how to do it, I would like to modify a sound mod, (with FM's approval).
I installed the FM NewInterior mod. It's nice to go into the engine room. However, the sound of the engines doesn't get louder. Is there a way to modify the sound file so that, when I'm in there, it's louder than when I'm in the control room?
Thanks. :salute:

Yes you can. Go to the sh3dll.sh or something like that I beleive, and then you need program called sh3d editor. It allows you to change the sound values. You will have to experiment with it though because when you change the sound distance/values it can make it buggy and you'll have sounds in the wrong place.

Thanks for the quick reply. One question, though. Where do I find an sh3d editor?
