Some errors in my orders

The First Question
There are some errors in my SH4 Keyboard orders at present.
sometimes my order from Keyboard is invalid, such as "+", "del" in keypad and so on. In this condition the submarine is out of control.
For above reason, I reinstalled SH4 and found the errors still exist.
How should I do?

The next question
CRC errors took place in the process of reinstallation. How to resolve this question: sh4.exe doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file.
I am looking for find an appropriate way to make them done and I need some effective suggestions. Is there anyone can do me a favor?

BTW, after checking my keyboard, I can say there is no problem with it.

You might want to mention what version of SH 4 you have, and what mods you are playing.

At the fisrt, I thought it maybe something wrong with my Key-board.
For this reason , I bought a new keyboard, but the question is still being there.

I made a test for SH3. The same error arose again.

Pehaps it is not the problem with games.

All is made down by reinstallation of Windows.
