It's really not hard to find in the thread, although it should appear in post #1.

Perhaps a moderator could edit that in?

The site is blocked in japan. Tried on a couple isps and no luck. Is their an alternate site available?

Just started really getting into this game and trying to find the great mods, or even know which ones are great, isn't easy this far after release so thanks for making it easier for me years later.
