I have a pretty loud submarine and I want to reduce the amount of noise she gives off, due to every time I try to sneak around a battle group they dump depth charges on my head and watch me sink with a box of popcorn.

How would I do this??

The German Tarmatte works by reducing the sonar signature.

Thank you Karle94, and on to my second problem, I've added a storage of 38 fish in the sim file, then changed it in the upc file to match yet my sub still only has 4 fish to use, what's going on?

Check that in the upc file it`s like this: Mk14Torpedo, 38 in the bunker entry.

you need to reduce the the revolutions of your prop.modern propellers are large and and rotate at low rpms e.g. 250 to decrease noise and cavitation. check the engine properties in the .sim-file
