Playable Bismarck

I'm looking to make the AI version of Bismarck playable on the German Campaign. Before I attempt this, has someone already done this so I don't start a pointless quest trying to make a ship playable when there is one already out there.

So if there isn't a playable one out there at the moment, what would I need to do first??
