help installing a couple of mods please?

Hi, i've tried asking in the correct topics, but to no avail, so thought i'd try here. i more aless got the jist of using JSGME and put my downloaded mods into the "MODS" file in my base game folder.

But for example with
"Dynamic environment SH5 - V2." mod for SH5 ... i can install the main file, but the optional mods, half of them say "do not install - read first" ... i don't understand or get it? ...

Also, anybody know if these are compatable with each other?;

OpenHorizionsII_Fullv1.8
ImprovedWaves_improved roll&pitch V1.1
NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0

I want the new UI and better graphics from the stock, so these all looked good.

When it says do not install read first it means that there are more mod folders inside

Example
NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_Scopes

The optional file has more files inside it which are:
Manos scope mod
stock
emtguf_rework_scopes

You have to copy them first to the mod folder in which you have your other mods and then you can enable the using JSGME
