Campaign Radio Message Mod

The Campaign Radio Message Mod (CRMM for short) futures more radio messages from COMSUBPAC and other submarines like the USS-trigger (Gato class) or the USS-Tarpon (Porpoise class). this mod also futures Japanese ground, naval and air movement and messages in japanese. for the info this is my first mod and i tried to make a few lines and it worked

also coming to SHIII and SHV

Example of what you can get in english
Morse code is translated: ...---... ...---... S.O.S S.O.S two destoyers have found us. We have engine problems this is USS-Tarpon location unkown, navigator died ...---... S.O.S.

Spotted U.S. submarine, going for attack run.
