As much as we have been PMing on this, I am surprised you didn't ask me already.:D I have Windows 7 and it works just fine. The only kink is a framerate drop due to the game's code not liking multi-core processors. There are a couple of fixes for this, but the easiest is to simply go into the options menu and return to the game. This seems to refresh everything and it restores the framerate to whatever your graphics card can put out. Annoying, but relatively minor.
