I saw somewhere a mod by Tater, for radar ? is it listed here somewhere?

I believe you are referring to the type 13 radar fix. I do not know if it is still available as a separate download, although I think it is included in both TMO and RFB.

Thanks! Looks like the type 13 Radar fix was not incorporated into TMO 2.5 (still acts as a surface radar).
