Can I run the SH patch and the 4gig switch together

Hi, my question is as follows I have the SH5.exe patched so that I have accurate hydrophone, can I also use the 4 gig switch with it at the same time. I have Win 7 64bit and 10gig of ram but SH5 can only address 2gb in 32bit. I get the occasional ctd especially if I use any environmental mods.
