Why can't I download ?

Haven't posted in quiet a while. Coming back to SH4. Never bought SH5 due to its enternet connection and overdone security..

Why cant I down load, tells me I've exceeded my limit (havent downloaded anything) and if I post I can download up to 10 ?

i think is because this is your new account and you have a limited downloads
what you want to download, we can find a solution

I guess they gave me a new account and carried all my prior downloads over. Haven't downloaded anything in months ? Found another download site for TMO, thanks for asking..

It's working now. Just downloaded 2 mods for SH3. To be truthful SH3 is my favorite sub sim with GWX installed..
