crew mod?

hi all were can i find the mod for 1.5 that does the crew magement in sh4 for you i can not find it in the downloads.

Not sure what you mean. SH4 does crew management all by itself, without mods.

like i said the mod does the crew magement for you so you dont have to do it/keep going to the crew magement screen in the sim i am sure i downloaded it before no
tired men etc...:hmmm:
