Question on how to delete saved games

As the title asks ...

How do I delete ANY saved games and where do I find the files :06:

select the save you want to delete
click delete

Hate to be thick but where are these saved files located

Are they the 2 files named 00000000 and 00000001 :06:

I thought I had'M deleted but when I started a new career and looked in the load saved games I still had 2 saved games there

Strange, I was thinking about this myself some few minutes ago.
I would like to delete my old savings too.

Still not sure how to delete them....:oops:

I did all that and it still shows when I load the game in the saved games I have 2 saved ?

When playing the campaign ,click on save game and then delete the games . If that makes sense .

\Documents\SH5\data\Users contains your saved captains
\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\SaveGames are your saved games
\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\RichSaveGames are some encoded format of your saved games :up:

How come the game doesn't have a delete icon in the saved games menu to make this easier :06:

everytime I delete the files from \Documents\SH5\data\cfg\SaveGames the next time I start those files come back that I previously deleted

Deleting the games from folders doesn't work for me. I have to load a saved game, go into the load saved game menu and then select each saved game and delete it using the option in the lower right corner. It's very boring to do so when you have dozens of saved games, but it's the only way that worked for me.

I'm sick to death with un-installin' and re-installin' this P.O.S. cause you can't delete saved games easily

Are you sure? You have to load a saved game, then after it loads hit Escape, choose Save or Load game, and the option should be somewhere at the bottom of the screen. It doesn't appear if you're trying to do it from the Main menu.

I can load saved games but there is no delete iconWhile you are actually playing the campaign IE: the campaign is loaded and you are on the deck of the sub . Hit Esc key and click on save game . Then when on the save game screen look down the bottom for the delete a save .
