Are SH4/SH3 Radio Files compatable with SH5 ? Can I install those files directly Into My SH5 .. radio and gramaphones if they were from SH4 and sh3 ?

Yes. MP3 files and .ogg files will both work with any gramaphone. MP3s you like can also be imported into your mobile phone as ringtones.
