Not really. I used (with permission) portions of Flakmonkey's Interior mod from Sh3.

What your really asking, is a heavy 3d modeling job. People skilled in 3D modeling who have any interest in SH4; is extremely rare, and next to non-existent.

If some one would finish the torpedo room in sh 3, you put that room on both ends of a sargo or salmon put engine room in and lengthen officer country up front you would have some thing.
