Requesting a USS Nimitz Carrier for SH4 1.4

Can anyone make a Nimitiz class carrier for career in 1.4

From what I remember someone made a carrier similar to the nimitz, but I can't find the link :(. The one thing with carriers and SH4 is all you can do is sail round the ocean, you can't launch planes, you can't have your own taskforce. Heck, your basically skippering a giant floating target!
