Hi!

I have a suggestion for a small(?) modification I would very much like to have: Currently I always pause the game when updating my map with observations I just made on the periscope - while telling me, in real life, I would tell someone else to do this for me, and thus I don't regard my pause as a cheat.

However, what I would really like is a key that when pressed simply sets a mark on the map at the current position of my boat.

Does anyone think this is possible to do..? And maybe even has the time to do it? I think this would be a very hand little feature, and maybe others might be interested as well..?

Also, if possible and not much effort, it could just as easily be expanded to not only mark the current position, but also draw a short line through the mark along the current course. That would be a bonus however, I'd absolutely settle for the mark alone of anyone can do it. :yep:

A good suggestion, and one I completely agree with. The plotting team would mark the map according to the captain's descriptions, and according to hydrophone and/or radar readings. And they would be marks or lines, not this constantly moving in real time stuff.

But don't expect it to happen in the game. It may be possible, but I doubt that anyone will ever do it.
