About Multi SH3

Here is the situation:

I have a SH3/GWX installation with a big mod list that runs OK.
I want to use Multi SH3 to create another installation of SH3 to try WAC4.1
I read that a clean SH3 installation is recommended but if I do that I will lose my GWX install.
Any ideas?

If you use WinXp try this (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=183154)

Maybe also work on Win7-32bit but no guarantee.
