Problem resolved! Thanks to all

I shut down my anti-virus and firewall software. download RA parts again.
and
reinstall my unzip software
I still don't know which is the real trouble maker, but they work.

Appreciate all your attention!

submerge the ship!! ! It's the time...
let me find out how good this mod is

and BTW, there are lot of free patchs or addons ( such as new ambient, new platform, new texture...for DW) Not made by RA group.

are they compatible with RA 1.33?
any texture patch for water like SH5? sub texture patch?

As far as I am aware, you do NOT need the update batch file for v1.33 - just run the batch files included in the 4 RA download folders to install.

this is the installation direction in the unziped readme:
" 3. Placed unrar this add-on ['RA_OPFOR_DWX1_33' Folder Name and 'Install_RA_OPFOR_DWX1_33' BAT file ] at root directory Your game [ C:\...\Dangerous Waters ]

4. Launch Install_RA_OPFOR_DWX1_33.bat file for install pack."

where is the "Install_RA_OPFOR_DWX1_33.bat"??
where can I get it?

It should be included in the archive. Install_OPFOR_DWX1_33.bat is in the main archive (part 1-4) and Update_for_1_33.bat is in the update - Update_For_1_33.rar (you should install it after installing the main archive).

And, just in case, parts 1-4 are parts of the one archive. So, you need to extract only the first part, the rest will be extracted automatically with it.

...and if you are using the latest files(9/2011) the update is not required as it is already included.

What I need is Not "update...." I need "install..."

According to your verification, now, I think the trouble is highly possible caused by my unzip software or those RA download problem.
because every time I unzip those parts, there is always an error window shows up.
maybe I should get another unzip software and try?
or maybe...
do you think those running Anti virus software will disturb my RA download? maybe I should turn those Anti virus off and redownload those parts?

lack of computer knowledge,so if anybody can tell me, which element has totally nothing to do with this trouble, then I will learn which element is the real problem maker and resolve it.

I don't think unzip (unrar) is the cause. Maybe you had a corrupted download, so try to redownload. You can try disabling antivirus also.
