Help with download link to SCEdit

I cannot find the link to download the Sub Command Editor (SCEdit)
Please help me to find the active download link for this utilite.

I don't think there is an active link. I deleted my copy some time ago when I moved to DW. Perhaps someone still has a copy on their HD somewhere they could send you.
