mods advice

Ive been advised that buying SH5 is only worthwhile if I use mods to make it better,could anyone advise me which mods are the top ones that can be easily installed. Thank you.:)

Basically I'd start with TheDarkWraith's UI 6.8.0 (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=166093) and SH5 Patcher (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=181433) then go from there.
