Hello, id just like some help. I am new to SUBSIM radio room, but from what i have seen most mod downloads cannot be found when clicked, for one most of the surface ships i cannot get access to downloads for. Please help, thanks in advance.

Try searching for surface mods here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=cat&id=6&sort=downloads

Also, take a look at Karle's downlaod page: http://www.gamefront.com/files/user/Karle94 He has a lot of surface mods.

No as stated im new. :O: Do i need to have the u-boats pack to use any of these surface mods?.

My apologies. I have a mate that just purchased the game and was having the same difficulties yesterday.

You may or may not need the uboat pack depending on the mod you download.

Mainly the montana or south dakota are what i would like, i have the montana and activated it, but not actualy sure how to use it ingame. And the south dakota link to download is broken so i cant get that one. "edit" i Will also want the pocket ship "graf spee" as she if called, that for the german career mode.

If you want to play the graf spee, then you need the uboat pack.

Ok good, that confirms that i didnt buy the U-Boat pack for nothing then. :)
Im not entirly sure how to load any of the surface ship add-ons in game. I can get them running with JSGME and activate them, but from there when i launch the game i dont know how to play the ships. Also, how can i update to higher versions of the game?, im running v1.3 and when i hit the "update" button on the game folder it doesnt do anything, just says its updating finishes then doesnt actualy update anything at all.
